- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across target industries
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Track pipeline activities and sales progress through CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing enterprise, corporate, or key accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
