Role Overview
The role manages B2B client relationships, coordinates bookings, supports the sales team, and helps ensure smooth daily operations in a travel and tourism business.
About the Company
The company provides tailored B2B travel and tourism solutions in Dubai and focuses on client partnerships and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients and handle inquiries and follow-ups.
- Manage bookings and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date client information in CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Carry out general administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B client relations, sales support, or administration.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
