Azure Cloud Reliability Engineer III

May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Design reusable cloud modules and reference patterns.

Implement policy enforcement and configuration baselines.

Enhance observability and SLO/SLA reporting.

Execute upgrades, patching, and change windows safely.

Troubleshoot incidents and drive corrective actions.

Document standards, golden paths, and runbooks.

Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams.

5+ years in cloud engineering or platform operations. 5+ years' Production experience in Cloud technologies - Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, Azure functions, Azure automation and runbooks, workbooks, Insights, Security center, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics. Hands-on experience with IaC tools like ADO, ARM, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, AzCLI, GitHub. At least 4 years of hands-on operational experience supporting the following or related experience:.

Familiarity with containers/serverless and CI/CD. Understanding of backup/DR patterns in cloud.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

Azure Identity including any of the following: Azure AD, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure AD Connect, Password less sign-ins, Microsoft Defender, key vault. Azure Governance, Security, Monitoring, Workbooks, Compliance, and cost awareness. Azure Virtual Network, VWAN, Express route, Load Balancer (L4/L7), Traffic Manager, CDN, Azure DNS, routing & routing protocols like BGP, firewall concepts.

5+ years in cloud engineering or platform operations.
