Conduct thorough Ayurvedic consultations, assessing the individual's constitution (Prakriti) and imbalances (Vikriti) through pulse diagnosis, observation, and questioning.Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and therapeutic bodywork techniques to restore balance.Administer Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, and Swedana (herbal steam) with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety.Educate clients on Ayurvedic principles, including diet, daily routines (Dinacharya), and seasonal practices (Ritucharya) to promote holistic well-being.
