AWS DevOps Support for BHC APAC - HC

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage source code repositories using GitHub or Bitbucket, following version control best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.Manage AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies, ensuring secure access management and adherence to the principle of least privilege.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform (preferred).
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD.Deploy, upgrade, and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm.
• Build, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using OpenSearch, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Analyze application, Kubernetes, and infrastructure logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Maintain system availability, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Document infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, cloud services, and industry best practices.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Git and version control using GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
