The Opportunity
As a dedicated AVP, Program/Project Management , you will Lead enterprise-wide change management and strategic program execution, ensuring successful implementation of business initiatives while maintaining operational stability. Provides operational leadership for complex programs, projects, and transformation efforts, partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes. Leverages strong business acumen and executive-level decision-making to guide cross-functional teams, deliver strategic priorities, and implement sustainable change in accordance with organizational methodologies and industry best practices.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position is based in: San Antonio, TX. Relocation is available with this role.
What you'll do
Accountable for leading the organizational integration of Program/Project processes/methodologies to ensure complex, area-specific, or Enterprise-wide initiatives are in alignment with the strategic vision.
Provides thought leadership to develop and enhance enterprise program and project management methods, tools, and templates to deliver better client and employee experience.
