- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to supported avionics products
- Use Salesforce to track, manage, and document customer interactions and support cases
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to technical support processes and tools
- Participate in product reliability reviews and assist in identifying trends in failure modes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Contribute to the development of service bulletins and technical documentation
- Assist in creating and delivering customer training related to product installation, maintenance, and repair
- Provide input for proposals, quotations, and product support agreements as required
- Travel internationally to customer sites and other Acron facilities as needed to provide on-site support and product training
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, peers, and leadership, delivering presentations appropriate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
- 2–5 years of experience in technical support, avionics, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of digital electronics and RF systems; familiarity with avionics systems preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience using automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrated a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to evaluate processes and implement more effective ways of working
- Ability to adopt and promote automation and AI tools to improve team speed, quality, and execution
- Experience supporting commercial avionics products in a customer-facing or technical support environment
- Familiarity with flight recorders, electronic standby instruments, SATCOM, TCAS, TAWS, or related avionics systems
- Experience preparing technical documentation, service bulletins, or customer training materials
- Exposure to reliability analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action processes
- Experience working with airline, OEM, MRO, or aviation customers
- Understanding of aviation maintenance practices and operational environments
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones
