AVID Assistant (Grant)

3. Assisting students in tutorial sessions by performing the following duties but not limited to:

a. providing individualized or small-group tutoring at the direction of licensed teachers b. monitoring student's work c. keeping records of student attendance and participation d. attending one day-long AVID Tutorology training session prior to assuming duties e. helping organize field trips and perform some administrative duties as needed

2. Participating in appropriate professional development activities in order to enhance job performance.

3. Cultivating and developing inclusive equitable working relationships with staff, students, and community members.
