We’re Hiring \| AV System Operators

Key Responsibilities

• Physically install audiovisual equipment and accessories at client location.
• Assist technically with colleagues as needed (installation technicians, representatives, and project managers) with the functioning of our products.
• Make the commissioning of these equipment’s, perform tests and validations according to standards.
• Ensuring the system's performance.
• Performing maintenance of the AV equipment.
• Work closely with project managers to prepare and develop mandates.
• Make sure that the system is functioning and always calibrated
• Report all events in the log file, manage RMA and spare equipment’s inventory
• Ensure health and safety rules in compliance of each project.
• Keep up to date on new products and technological developments in the audiovisual field.
• Represent XYZ Cultural Technology for customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the audiovisual industry
• Basic knowledge of lighting control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Education: Diploma / Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, or related field.
