IT Support
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, peripherals, mobile devices, meeting-room PCs, hardware, software, network connectivity, and user-profile issues.
- Support starters, leavers, device replacements, equipment refreshes, laptop preparation, and endpoint configuration.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, passwords, MFA, and access-related issues.
- Manage service-desk incidents and requests, provide desk-side, remote, and walk-up support, and document resolutions.
