Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and heat shrink premium window films to fit exact vehicle specifications
- Apply tint seamlessly on front windshields, side windows, quarter glass, and rear screens
- Execute complex bulk installations and operate software guided plotter cutting machines
- Ensure a smooth, clean, scratch free, and bubble free finish on all completed surfaces
- Safely remove and strip old window tinting or adhesive residue without damaging glass or defroster lines
- Thoroughly clean and prep window surfaces to eliminate dust, lint, and contaminants
- Protect vehicle interiors, door panels, leather upholstery, dashboards, and sensitive electronics
- Inspect glass surfaces prior to application for any pre existing scratches, cracks, or seal defects
- Review the final product diligently to make necessary edge adjustments and micro edging
- Advise clients or service advisors on specific shades, heat rejection capabilities, and local UAE legal percentages
- Drive and maneuver customer vehicles safely within the workshop bays
- Keep the designated tinting bay dust free, organized, sterile, and safe
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in professional automotive window tinting
- Strong focus on high end luxury vehicles
- Hands on experience with advanced ceramic and multi layer heat rejection films
- Mastery of wet and dry heat shrinking techniques, plotting software, and specialized squeegee handling
- Excellent hand eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical stamina
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge or secondary skills in Paint Protection Film (PPF) application is highly valued

Overview
- Muller Auto Care L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Automotive Tint Installer to join our luxury car care studio in Abu Dhabi.
Tint Application & Precision Installation
- Measure, cut, and heat shrink premium window films to fit exact vehicle specifications
- Apply tint seamlessly on front windshields, side windows, quarter glass, and rear screens
- Execute complex bulk installations as well as operate software guided plotter cutting machines
- Ensure a smooth, clean, scratch free, and bubble free finish on all completed surfaces
- Safely remove and strip old window tinting or adhesive residue without damaging glass or defroster lines
Preparation & Vehicle Safety
- Thoroughly clean and prep window surfaces to eliminate dust, lint, and contaminants
- Protect vehicle interiors, door panels, leather upholstery, dashboards, and sensitive electronics using microfibers and protective barriers before starting work
- Inspect glass surfaces prior to application for any pre existing scratches, cracks, or seal defects
Quality Assurance & Client Interaction
- Review the final product diligently to make necessary edge adjustments and micro edging
- Advise clients or service advisors on specific shades, heat rejection capabilities, and local UAE legal percentages
- Drive and maneuver customer vehicles safely within the workshop bays
Studio Maintenance
- Keep the designated tinting bay dust free, organized, sterile, and safe
- Maintain personal and workshop hand tools, heat guns, squeegees, and spray bottles in prime working order
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in professional automotive window tinting, with a strong focus on high end luxury vehicles
- Hands on experience with advanced ceramic and multi layer heat rejection films (experience with XPEL films is highly preferred)
- Mastery of wet and dry heat shrinking techniques, plotting software, and specialized squeegee handling
- Excellent hand eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the physical stamina required to work in tight vehicle interiors
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a helpful advantage
- Basic knowledge or secondary skills in Paint Protection Film (PPF) application is highly valued
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
