Role Overview
The company is seeking an Automotive Service Supervisor with strong technical automotive experience, leadership ability, and customer-handling skills.
The role combines technician leadership, repair-quality control, advanced diagnosis, customer communication, and contribution to branch growth.
Workshop Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians, distribute work orders, and monitor repair progress.
- Review diagnoses, resolve technical issues, inspect completed repairs, and approve vehicles for delivery.
- Oversee engine removal, installation, repair, and advanced mechanical work.
- Coordinate reception and workshop teams for fast, high-quality service.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, organization, and procedural compliance.
Customer and Branch Performance
- Receive customers, understand vehicle problems, and explain faults and required repairs clearly.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor technician productivity and improve team efficiency.
- Contribute to branch sales, revenue, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervision experience in an automotive workshop or service center is required.
- Strong technical experience in automotive maintenance and repair is required.
- Knowledge of engines and mechanical and electrical vehicle systems is required.
- Experience with electronic diagnostic tools, result interpretation, and fault identification is required.
- The candidate must be able to lead technicians, communicate professionally with customers, work under pressure, and maintain repair accuracy and safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership or specialized automotive service-center experience is preferred.
- Engine overhaul experience, knowledge of modern automotive systems, and experience with multiple makes and models are preferred.
- Automotive technical or diagnostic certificates and courses are preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred.
Compensation
- The basic monthly salary is determined according to experience and competence.
- The role includes commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives linked to branch performance, revenue, results, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person at an automotive service center in Riyadh.
