We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle buying experience.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through online platforms, referrals, and walk-in traffic.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate product benefits and features.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, market trends, competitor activities, and financing products.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
