Automotive Polisher

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional machine polishing and paint correction on luxury and supercars.
• Remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, water spots, and other paint imperfections.
• Select appropriate polishing compounds, pads, and equipment.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for ceramic coating and other protective treatments.
• Ensure smooth, glossy, high-quality finishes on all vehicles.
• Handle delicate and high-end vehicle paintwork with proper care.
• Inspect paintwork before and after polishing to verify quality standards.
• Maintain polishing machines, tools, and work areas in proper condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as an automotive polisher or paint correction technician.
• Strong knowledge of machine polishing and paint correction techniques.
• Good knowledge of polishing machines, compounds, pads, and finishing products.
• Ability to identify paint conditions and select the correct polishing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with luxury, premium, or supercars is highly preferred.
• Experience with specified luxury vehicle brands is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
