About the Role
Luxury Supercar Rentals Dubai seeks an Automotive Parts Advisor with a valid UAE motorcycle driving license to source, collect, and deliver parts for luxury vehicles. Requires 3+ years experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive workshop and knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and supply the correct automotive parts based on repair orders, VIN numbers, and workshop requirements
- Collect and deliver automotive parts from suppliers using a company motorcycle while ensuring compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and workshop management to ensure timely availability of parts
- Prepare quotations and process customer parts requests accurately
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with local and international suppliers
- Process warranty parts in accordance with company and manufacturer procedures
- Maintain proper documentation of all parts transactions and inventory movements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Executive, or Parts Coordinator in an automotive workshop, dealership, or service center
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, components, accessories, and vehicle systems
- Experience identifying and sourcing parts using VIN numbers, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and manufacturer parts catalogs
- Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Executive, or Parts Coordinator in an automotive workshop, dealership, or automotive service center
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, components, accessories, and vehicle systems
- Experience identifying and sourcing parts using VIN numbers, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and manufacturer parts catalogs
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, ordering, receiving, and issuing automotive parts
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), inventory software, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced workshop environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems
- Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License is required to facilitate the collection and delivery of automotive parts from suppliers and vendors
- Experience working with luxury and European vehicle brands is highly preferred
- Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
