- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface finishing
- Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
- Apply paint, clear coats, and protective finishes using professional spray equipment
- Repair, restore, and refinish damaged vehicle panels and components
- Install, repair, and fabricate carbon fibre parts and accessories
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter, Carbon Fibre Technician, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Experience working with carbon fibre components, wrapping, repair, or fabrication
- Ability to match paint colors accurately and achieve high quality finishes
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Automotive Painter / Carbon Fibre Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, refinishing, repairing, and installing carbon fibre components on high end vehicles while maintaining the highest quality
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface finishing.
