Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training programs, including developing training materials, designing course outlines and syllabus, and facilitating training sessions.
Knowledge of various automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.
Experience in automation testing with Selenium using Java or Python is a must.
