As the Automation Integration SME, you will act as a cross-functional technical reference within Systemex Automation’s automation projects. You will assess, challenge, and guide technical solutions to ensure the robustness, consistency, and standardization of concepts developed across projects, while helping reduce integration risks, accelerate problem resolution, improve the overall quality of delivered solutions, and support the company’s technological evolution. With significant experience in industrial automation and a multidisciplinary profile, you will be able to analyze the interactions between mechanical, electrical, robotic, control, and vision systems, with primary expertise focused on mechanical systems and systems integration.

Responsibilities
Participate in defining, evaluating, and continuously improving automation concepts, integration methods, and project execution practices.
Challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure consistency, feasibility, robustness, and overall quality.
Ensure technological consistency across projects, teams, and design approaches while contributing to the standardization of best practices.
Quickly identify technical risks, critical integration points, operational issues, and field-related project risks.
Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and brainstorming activities to develop new technological solutions.
Assess the impact of mechanical, electrical, software, and robotic choices on overall automated system performance.
Support teams in complex technical decisions and act as a technical reference during critical project phases.
Estimate installation and commissioning efforts, accelerate problem resolution, and contribute to the company’s technological evolution.
