• Test Automation Development

• + Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
• + Ensure automated tests cover functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
• Framework Maintenance:
• + Build and maintain test automation frameworks to support multiple projects.
• + Optimize frameworks for faster execution and greater coverage.
• Test Execution and Reporting:
• + Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify bugs and performance issues.
• + Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to the development and QA teams.
• Collaboration:
• + Work closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• + Assist manual testers in transitioning to automation tools and methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement:

• ****Job Requirements****
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in test automation engineering or related roles.
• Skills:
• + Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for writing automated scripts.
• + Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
• + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for test integration.
• + Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• + Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• + Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• + ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer Certification or equivalent.
• + Certifications in relevant automation tools or frameworks.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: QAR 120,000–QAR 180,000 annually (based on experience and market trends for 2025).
