Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for swimming pool construction projects
- Produce structural, plumbing, piping, and MEP coordination drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution
- Review architectural and structural drawings and prepare coordinated shop drawings
- Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in swimming pool shop drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of swimming pool construction, filtration systems, piping layouts, waterproofing, and MEP coordination
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment
