Responsibilities
- Handle day to day administrative and office operations
- Process and manage UAE employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID, and related government documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other government authorities
- Maintain employee records, leave records, and HR documentation
- Prepare official letters, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate with employees regarding visa renewals, medical appointments, and labor related matters
- Maintain office filing systems and company records
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in administration and HR within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures
- Proven experience in processing workers' employment visas, visa renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other immigration related procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Overview
- Infinite Leisure Swimming Pools Installation L.L.C. is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Cum Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills, strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, and experience in handling employment visa processes.
Key Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month
