We are seeking an experienced Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive with expertise in German brands. The role involves establishing customer relationships, providing quotes, upselling, monitoring inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide information, quotes, and order assistance to customers over phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
- Sell products using solid arguments from existing and prospective customers
- Identify customer needs, understand their problem, and recommend the right parts using parts catalogs
- Upsell and cross sell related parts and accessories, promoting specials and warranties
- Monitor inventory levels and report to purchasing department when inventory falls below threshold
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments, following company policies for refunds and exchanges
- Develop rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain good relationships with other departments within the company
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze worn or damaged parts to pinpoint the correct replacements
- Carefully analyze returns from customers and work with relevant department to manage return process effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 5 years overall experience, 3 years GCC experience
- Experience in German Auto Spare parts is mandatory
