Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT requirements, and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in similar role in **GCC(Mandatory)**
- **Technical Skills**: in-depth Knowledge in MS Excel and **Tally(Mandatory**
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
