Auto Body Painter Apprentice

Working alongside experienced refinish technicians, you'll develop the skills to:

Prepare vehicles and parts for refinishing.

Sand, feather-edge, mask, and clean repair areas.

Mix and apply automotive primers, sealers, and paint products.

Assist with colour matching and blending techniques.

Maintain spray booth cleanliness and painting equipment.

Perform polishing and finishing procedures.

Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Wants to build a long-term career in automotive refinishing.

Pays close attention to detail.

Takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Works well independently and as part of a team.

Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or equivalent certificate.

Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with hand and power tools.
