About the Role

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans

- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and approval records
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality and authority related matters
- Identify non conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
- Track authority approvals and ensure timely closure of comments and observations
- Maintain records of inspections, approvals, test results, and quality reports
- Assist project management in achieving project quality objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or authority coordination within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience preparing quality documentation, inspection requests, and compliance reports
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Position Summary

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, or other UAE authorities.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience.
- Internal auditor certification is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
