- Manage authority approvals and NOCs for contractor projects
- Coordinate with all government and semi government authorities in Dubai
- Handle submissions, follow ups, and approvals from authorities such as Dubai Municipality, RERA, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat/du, Nakheel/Emaar/Dubai South/TECOM
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Resolve authority comments and expedite approval processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai construction authority approvals
- Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and submission procedures
- Experience working with contractors on high rise and major development projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple authorities and approvals simultaneously

- Abu Alnaga Contracting is hiring an experienced Authority Engineer in Dubai.
- We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can independently manage and obtain approvals, permits, and NOCs for construction projects across all relevant Dubai authorities.
