- Optimize card authorization strategies to improve approval rates
- Analyze authorization declines and reduce false declines
- Monitor fraud trends and enhance fraud prevention controls
- Work closely with Cards, Risk, Fraud, and Operations teams
- Develop MIS dashboards and portfolio performance reports
- Drive data driven insights for business and fraud optimization
- Collaborate with Mastercard and internal stakeholders
- Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice implementation
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Cards Issuing, Authorization & Fraud
- Strong banking domain experience
- Expertise in Credit Card Authorization & Fraud Management
- Experience with fraud/auth platforms
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of SAMA regulations and GCC/KSA fraud trends is preferred
