About the Role
Nasser Bin Khaled & Son's Trading Co. is seeking an Auditor to support business excellence frameworks, conduct audits across retail stores and supply chain, and identify operational gaps.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of business excellence frameworks, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Follow and track organisational KPIs, performance dashboards, operational excellence metrics, and retail scorecards.
- Conduct process reviews, identify operational gaps, and recommend business process improvements.
- Plan and conduct monthly surprise audit visits across retail stores and supply chain operations.
- Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and process audits across retail stores, supply chains and corporate departments.
- Prepare monthly internal audit reports and submit to HOD.
- Support enterprise risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Evaluate fraud prevention mechanisms and investigate suspected irregularities.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.
- Facilitate physical inventory counts and monitor inventory count results in SAP.
Requirements
- Master’s in Commerce or CIA / CISA / IAP
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical & reporting skills.
- 5 6 years of experience in the relevant field is a must.
- Driving License (Required)

- Benchmark operational practices and recommend best practices to improve organisational effectiveness.
Audit Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct monthly surprise audit visits across retail stores and supply chain operations as per the annual plan based on risk assessment in Bahrain and prepare audit reports for respective stores.
- Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and process audits across retail stores, supply chains and corporate departments. Perform surprise audits, stock audits, cash audits, and compliance inspections.
- Identify non conformities, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure audit activities are completed in accordance with approved audit methodologies and standards.
- Preparing the monthly internal audit report and submitting it to the HOD on a timely basis.
- Support enterprise risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Identify operational, financial, inventory, compliance, and business risks and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and minimise risk exposure.
- Evaluate fraud prevention mechanisms and investigate suspected irregularities where required.
- Strengthen accountability and operational discipline across departments.
- Ensure ethical standards and corporate governance principles are maintained.
- Evaluate compliance with organisational policies, SOPs, financial controls, procurement procedures, inventory management processes, and operational guidelines.
- Follow up with the respective team to ensure the implementation of the recommendation.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
- Master’s in Commerce or CIA / CISA / IAP
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical & reporting skills.
- 5 6 years of experience in the relevant field is a must.
