Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Consultant with a strong background in accounting and taxation services.
  • The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and advisory responsibilities along with supporting accounting, VAT, and corporate tax related client delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while having a solid understanding of accounting and UAE tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs
  • Present and pitch tailored financial and taxation solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Convert leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and service offerings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Address client queries and provide timely support
  • Build long term relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • CA / Inter CA / ACCA (qualified or part qualified preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or finance (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax
  • Proven experience or interest in sales and business development
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client handling abilities
  • Target driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
