The Financial Audit Authority is seeking an Audit Manager with corporate banking audit experience to prepare audit plans, manage audit engagements, and support the development of audit strategies.

- Assist in the development of Operations, Compliance and Performance Audit strategy for the Industry Department
- Conduct advanced evidence based audit analysis using complex methodologies
- Prepare audit plans based on approved methodologies
- Execute audits including segment understanding, risk identification, sampling, and audit program preparation
- Write and submit audit reports
- Assist in development and revision of audit methodologies, procedures, and policies
- Lead multiple projects or audits simultaneously
- Manage a team of professionals, develop and motivate staff
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
Requirements
- Experience in corporate banking audit
- Hands on experience auditing corporate banking functions
- Ability to prepare audit plans and manage audit engagements
- Knowledge of audit methodologies and international best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Overall Purpose
- To prepare the audit plan, management and execution of audit engagements in the Industry Department, and support the development of strategies and operational plans for the Industry Department.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the development of Operations, Compliance and Performance Audit strategy for the Industry Department.
- Conduct advanced evidence based audit analysis using complex methodologies.
- Responsible for Audit plan preparation based on the approved methodologies.
- Responsible for Audit execution (segment understanding, risk identification, sampling, audit program preparation).
- Writing and submitting audit reports.
- Assist in development and revision of audit methodologies, procedures, policies.
- Lead multiple projects or audits simultaneously.
- Support in managing stakeholders.
- Plan and oversee the auditing process.
- Prepare comprehensive audit programs.
- Participate in meetings with senior members.
- Resolve audit issues and escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate banking audit.
- Hands on experience auditing corporate banking functions.
- Knowledge of audit methodologies and international best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
