Role Overview
Support assigned internal audits for the bank across business processes.
Assist with the complete audit process, including checklists, audit execution, reporting, and quarterly presentations.
Help improve audit process efficiency while following bank guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Audit Manager in defining audit scope.
- Analyze accounting documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts.
- Execute audit plans within agreed timelines and draft audit reports.
- Develop operational expertise and apply it in internal audits.
- Maintain professional relationships with auditees.
- Prepare quarterly audit committee presentations.
- Identify indicators of incorrect, unusual, or fraudulent tax returns.
- Follow up on compliance with issued audit reports.
- Document processes and prepare audit findings memoranda.
- Share best practices and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about global market trends and competitor strategies.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree may be in commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, engineering, management, or another discipline.
