Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in audit or accounting
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting
- Hands on experience in conducting audit assignments and preparing audit working papers
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting/audit software
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Audit Associate to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will assist in audit engagements, review financial records, prepare audit documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of audit assignments in accordance with professional standards.
- Perform audit procedures, including examination of financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and proper audit documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for collecting necessary information and supporting documents.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field with a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably with experience in UAE or India based audit firms.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
- Hands on experience in conducting audit assignments, preparing audit working papers, financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Ability to analyze financial records, identify discrepancies, and assist in preparing accurate audit reports.
- Knowledge of UAE accounting practices, corporate tax regulations, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting/audit software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional audit team.

Compensation
