Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photos and videos of residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
- Produce promotional videos, social media content, corporate videos, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Record and edit professional quality audio for marketing materials and corporate productions.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, gimbals, drones (if licensed), microphones, and other production equipment.
- Edit videos using professional editing software, including color correction, sound mixing, transitions, motion graphics, and subtitles.
- Create engaging short form and long form content for digital marketing platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative content.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and production plans.
- Organize and maintain digital media files, footage, and production assets.
- Ensure all audio and visual content meets PSI's branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest production techniques, social media trends, and content formats.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video and photography work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience operating professional DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording techniques
- Experience using stabilizers, gimbals, drones (licensed is a plus), and professional audio equipment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Overview
- PSI is looking for a creative and technically skilled Audio/Visual Specialist to join our Marketing team in Abu Dhabi.
- In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality photo, video, and audio content that showcases our properties, events, corporate brand, and marketing campaigns.
- You will manage the complete production process, from planning and filming to editing and final delivery, while ensuring all content aligns with PSI's brand standards and marketing objectives.
