About the Role
Techno Q seeks an AV Solutions Developer to lead shop drawings, system design, and technical support for AV projects. Requires 5-7 years of AV system design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and AV platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead the shop drawings preparation and submissions
- Study documents and drawings for tender and RFQs
- Create the detailed BoQ
- Create the system's detailed schematic design
- Coordination workshops and technical support to the projects team
- Prepare progress reports (monthly, annual, drawings log, etc.)
- Review system proposals through delegated DRs
- Impart training to design team members & draughtsmen to improve team activities and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AV system design, preferably in a consultancy or system integrator environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, and other design/documentation software
- Strong understanding of AV standards, signal types, and system integration
- Familiarity with control and DSP platforms (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSC, Biamp)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Avixa or CTS D certification
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
