Job Overview

Delivery and Execution

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Snowflake data pipelines using dbt, SQL, and Apache Airflow.
• Use the dbt Semantic Layer to define standardized business metrics for analysts and LLM agents.
• Enforce data ingestion, security compliance, privacy, and consent best practices.
• Implement data quality tests and detect anomalies and data drift.
• Maintain dbt documentation and lineage tracking from data sources.

Experience and Education

• At least 6–10 or more years of hands-on experience building and scaling data applications in complex environments.
• At least 3 years of experience leading high-impact data and analytics initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Team management experience is desirable, including management and mentoring of remote or distributed technical talent.
