Role Overview
The role develops and supports Workday Financials integrations across core finance processes.
The position has a strong focus on Workday Studio as the primary integration tool.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Financials integrations for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and Settlement, and General Ledger.
- Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors for Financials, EIBs, and Workday Web Services.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with banking systems, third-party vendors, and internal finance systems.
- Transform XML, JSON, CSV, ISO 20022, NACHA, and other banking data formats.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data transformation issues, file processing errors, and downstream system mismatches.
- Monitor production integrations, perform Workday release impact analysis, and implement integration updates.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and maintain integration, mapping, and support documentation.
