Role Overview
Associate UX Designers develop professional expertise while supporting the user experience design process from concept to delivery under guidance from senior UX Designers.
The role supports intuitive, user-centered web-based software and applies design system guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with software design across the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, analyze research and analytics data, and translate findings into design insights.
- Present and refine design concepts with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Produce UX artifacts including personas, workflows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and test scripts.
- Justify design decisions using user-centered design methodologies and build relationships with product teams.
