About the Program
The ATM Program is an 18–24 month rotational experience designed to build the commercial, technical, and operational capabilities required to succeed in Outside Sales across our diverse businesses.
Participants will complete multiple business rotations, gaining hands-on experience with:
Customer-facing sales execution
Diverse go-to-market strategies
Manufacturing operations and plant exposure
Pricing, margin, and business acumen
Cross-functional collaboration
Throughout the program, you will:
Support customer meetings and site visits
Participate in prospecting, quoting, pricing, and proposal development
Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
Learn multiple selling environments — from project-based to high-volume transactions.
Gain direct exposure to manufacturing plants and operational processes
Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain partners
Deliver rotation-end business insights and development presentations
The goal: Develop high-potential talent into independent Sales Managers ready to own a geography, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (sales, internships, operations, engineering, or customer-facing roles preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of performance (academics, athletics, leadership, or professional achievements)
- Willingness to relocate and travel 75% or more post program
