Responsibilities
- Supports the monitoring and evaluating of vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Utilizes Technology Vendor Management tools to monitor and manage vendor performance
- Supports documenting business-related needs to support desired contractual or commercial terms and negotiation strategy positions
- Supports cross-functional teams to align vendor performance with organizational objectives
- Supports the communication of processes and requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual information to others within Technology
- Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Financial Management and/or comparable experience
- 3-5 years experience in vendor management processes and tools, contract management principles, procurement processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of financial management, data analysis, and Information Technology services
- Experience in technology project management
- Experience in working in a team-oriented environment and hands on with latest AI tools and ability to adapt to changing requirements
