Associate Technical Services Engineer

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)
• ITIL certified with a strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in vendor management, reporting, and metrics/KPI management
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office
• Experience working with Japanese clients and stakeholders
• Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes

Technical Skills

• Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support management
• Ability to monitor, analyse, and report operational metrics
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and service delivery processes
• Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of: Windows Administration Linux Administration
