Areas of Responsibility

• Manage projects against scope, budget, timeline, and delivery standards.
• Mitigate risks and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and oversee manufacturing work order assignments across the partner network.
• Resolve technical production questions and support manufacturing of assigned parts.
• Evaluate and implement post-sale change requests while mitigating risks.
• Drive tactical and strategic improvements to the technical project management workflow.
• Communicate proactively to identify problems, create solutions, and improve efficiency.

Desired Traits and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on CNC machining knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication is sought.
• Strong project management skills in scoping, timing, quality control, testing, and logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align communications through completion.
• Independent, detail-oriented, documentation-focused, and data-driven working style.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguous processes and tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills; multicultural work experience is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
