• 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering. Job Descreption Senior Software Engineers will write code, test, launch and support large scale development projects. At times they may interact directly with internal and external clients to help brainstorm and create technical solutions to business problems. Must have skills Technical:
• Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Perl).
• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Database expertise (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or similar). Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good to have skills Technical:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks beyond Vue.js (React, Angular).
• Performance optimization and security best practices. Soft Skills:
• Ability to mentor junior developers.

• Strong experience designing, developing, and debugging Node.js backend applications.

• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing backend systems in production environments.
