Role Description
Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director - Structures to work from India with United States counterparts.
The role focuses on technical delivery of structural designs for US transportation projects.
The position combines technical leadership, project delivery, business pursuits, resource planning, quality management, and team development.
Project Pursuit and Delivery
- Develop winning bids with multidisciplinary pursuit teams.
- Manage and deliver single- and multidisciplinary projects, including design-build projects, using US design codes and software.
- Deliver concept designs, alternative technical concepts, detailed designs, and construction-phase support.
- Meet requirements for structural design, BIM, CAD, and quantity estimation.
- Implement standardization and automation to improve design efficiency and quality.
- Deliver projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements and ensure timely deliverable submission.
Resource Acquisition
- Identify resource needs for pursuits and projects and contribute to strategic resource acquisition plans.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to acquire resources.
