As an Associate Strategic Program Manager (SPM) at MISUMI Americas, you'll work alongside engineers at some of the world's most innovative companies — helping get complex products across the finish line on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. You'll be a critical connector between Sales, Quality, Logistics, and C&DFM teams, keeping programs aligned and customers confident.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll contribute ideas, drive internal process enhancements, and elevate the overall customer experience. What you'll do
Own relationships with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing touchpoints to deliver standout service.
Track and report program milestones across multiple platforms, keeping timelines and deliverables on course.
Identify process gaps and risks using your manufacturing or operations knowledge — then drive improvements.
Champion cross-functional collaboration to boost program efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer change requests and project updates across internal and external platforms, keeping every stakeholder in sync.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date program status across multiple systems to support business decision-making.
Travel approximately 10% annually within the U.S. for customer onsites, team meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Contribute to and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

Experience working with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role.
