Job overview and responsibilities

The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining digital content across web and email channels using enterprise platforms, including Sitecore and Salesforce.

This role focuses on the technical execution of content operations, ensuring structured content is accurately implemented, versioned, and deployed within Sitecore, and that email content and campaigns are built, tested, and supported within Salesforce platforms.

The Content Operations Specialist partners closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to translate content requirements into scalable, platform-ready implementations.

This role also supports platform administration tasks, content governance, and quality assurance to ensure content systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business and customer experience standards.

• Content execution & publishing: Build, update, and maintain digital content across web and email channels using Sitecore and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness Implement content using templates and pre-built and custom components based on designs, copy decks, or direction from project managers and stakeholders Execute end-to-end publishing workflows, including content entry, versioning, scheduling, and deployment in accordance with designs, requirements, and accessibility Perform content quality assurance and pre-publish validation to ensure content meets functional, accessibility, and design requirements
