Position Overview
The Associate Software Development Engineer role is an entry point for builders who are not yet at the SDE I level but have demonstrated they can ship.
The team builds consumer AI solutions at the intersection of systems and AI for millions of users.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals, curiosity, ownership, and hands-on projects.
Technical Experience
- Experience experimenting with AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, or LLM-powered features using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar tools.
- A portfolio of PoCs, dashboards, AI experiments, side projects, or other work that can be demonstrated and explained in depth.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or Golang.
- Comfort with Linux or Unix environments and basic Git workflows.
Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of internship experience at a startup or fast-paced product company.
- Have strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Be a 2025 or 2026 B.Tech graduate with academic knowledge in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and learn quickly.
