Role Overview
The purpose of the Associate Software Engineer position is to provide technical assistance directly to clients and assist in the development of processes, tools, and reports that will support the Product Support department in meeting its goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong troubleshooter with knowledge of Microsoft TSQL, C++, C#, and ASP.NET, and be able to suggest innovative solutions to complex problems. The position requires an understanding of relational databases and fundamentals of systems software design. In addition, the individual must be a self-starter with good communication and documentation skills.
This position is within an energetic, social team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork. Our employee workspaces include dual widescreen monitors and ergonomic furniture for increased productivity. A casual dress code ensures you’ll feel comfortable and productive.

- Triage high profile production issues and recommend and\or execute a course of action for resolution
