Associate/Senior Associate

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent jurisdiction-appropriate qualification)

Prior secondaries experience is highly desirable but not essential;

Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of the alternative investment fund landscape.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively under pressure.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in building a practice area.
