About the Opportunity

Supplier Fill Rate Management

• Coordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates and optimize availability.
• Build supplier relationships and improve supplier service levels.
• Manage daily supply operations and drive process improvements with suppliers and internal demand or store teams.
• Manage supplier delivery schedules to meet internal inbound receiving requirements.

S&OP Implementation

• Implement the S&OP cycle with suppliers through proactive service-level discussions.
• Build and share an SKU-level rolling supply plan with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier constraints with the forward-looking demand forecast plan.
• Hold quarterly business reviews and drive corrective actions when plans are off track.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Build and manage reporting for service-level dashboards.
• Use systems such as Looker and Tableau to derive relevant datasets and prepare key reports.

KPI Accountability

• Track supplier fill rate, supplier on-time delivery, and supplier OTIF percentage.

Success Requirements

• At least two to five years of experience in fruits and vegetables operations.
• Solid knowledge of distribution-center operations, inventory control, and basic finance.
• Good communication skills and a hands-on approach to using multiple tools.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Very good English is highly advantageous.
• Very good Excel and ERP system skills.
• Quality and food safety-related certification.
