Role Summary
The Associate Supply & Operations Planning role supports the growth of tMart, a cloud grocery store concept offering rapid grocery delivery.
The service operates across Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.
Supplier Fill Rate Management
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates and optimize availability.
- Build supplier relationships and improve supplier service levels.
- Manage daily supply operations and drive process improvements with suppliers and internal demand and store teams.
- Manage supplier delivery schedules against internal inbound receiving requirements.
S&OP Implementation
- Implement the S&OP cycle with suppliers through proactive service-level discussions.
- Build and share SKU-level rolling supply plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate supplier constraints with the demand team's forward-looking demand forecast plan.
- Hold quarterly business reviews and drive corrective actions where required.
Monitoring and KPIs
- Build and manage service-level reporting dashboards.
- Use Looker and Tableau to derive datasets and prepare key reports.
- Track supplier fill rate, supplier on-time delivery, and supplier OTIF percentage.
Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience in F&V.
- Solid knowledge of distribution center operations, inventory control, and basic finance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
- Very good Excel and ERP system skills.
- A quality and food safety-related certificate should be held.
- Very good English is advantageous.
